APRIL 21st, 2020 : REOPENING OF OUR ACTIVITIES ON APRIL 27th, 2020

Dear Customers, Dear Partners,

The evolution of the Covid-19 situation allows us to come back to our activities on April 27.

As our top priority remains the health’s preservation of our employees and their families, we will continue to apply the following protective measures:

- Hygiene rules of the FOPH (Federal Office of Public Health) within our facilities by favouring teleworking for some of our employees.

- Restriction of services at the counter with the obligation to wear masks and hands disinfection when exchanging goods.

Our services will be at your disposal from April 27th, 2020, from Monday to Thursday (7:30 to 12:00 and 13:30 to 17:30) and on Friday (7:30 to 12:00).

The goods receipts and issues will be assumed normally while respecting the hygiene standards mentioned above.

APRIL 3rd, 2020 : INFORMATION COVID-19

Dear Customer, Dear Partner,

Our company will remain closed until May 1st, 2020.

We will, of course, continue following the evolution of the situation a day-to-day basis.

Unfortunately, the Covid-19 is now well established on our continent and forces us to protect the health of our employees and partners and to remain vigilant. This situation will certainly last a few weeks longer than we imagined.

However, we ensure a minimal presence and remain active to reply daily to your requests formulated by email : swiss@horotec.ch (Swiss market) and export@horotec.ch (Export markets).

The quality of international logistics facilities is today very uncertain as the main players in the market are facing major operational difficulties. Shipments cannot be guaranteed everywhere, and transport costs are often prohibitive. We are closely following the evolution of rates and will be able to propose you the best offer.

Dear Partner,

Currently heavily impacted by the Covid-19 epidemic, the world economy is slowing down. Horotec SA must also protect itself from the current health and economic risks and preserve the health of its employees and partners.

However, our facilities remain operational from Monday 07:30am to Friday 12:00pm. We are at your disposal and remain attentive to changes in government requirements in order to maintain our activities and services. Our delivery department will certainly be impacted, which is why we will systematically contact you before any shipment.

NEWS RELEASE

Due to the negative evolution of COVID-19, the organizers of the Technical Watchmaker Show, in compliance with health regulations and in order to preserve the safety of exhibitors and visitors, has decided to cancel the 2020 edition which was scheduled from April 28th to May 2nd, in La Chaux-de-Fonds.

In the meantime, the organizers are working on postponing the edition to 2021.
